The Role:
The aim of your new role is to service and manage channel networks/distributors in regional areas of NSW, whilst also managing some Sydney metro, smaller independent accounts. You will spend the majority of your week client facing with established franchise owners and smaller independents across regional NSW. You will be responsible for building long term business relationships with the customer base and ensuring 1st class customer service and support to each distributor. A small component to the role will focus on new business but the majority of the role is account management, customer service, product training and offering supplier support.
Skills Required:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with the following:
- Previous experience in a wholesale sales or account management role within a similar product offering – furniture, homewares or shade products.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
- On the road sales experience and experience planning and managing your call cycle and a large geographical territory, including occasional overnight stays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, KPI’s and managing a large geographical territory.
- Ability to work autonomously (WFH) and report back on sales and performance figures for your defined client base and product categories.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for putting the customer first.

You will inherit an established client base to manage and build relationships with. Your role will be based WFH, and out face to face with your clients and you will manage your own call cycle and plan your weeks ahead.
