The Company

Our client is an established, successful and growing designer and manufacturer of loose furniture for commercial and residential projects. They have a fantastic showroom in the Eastern Suburbs and are now looking to employ a hands on commercial sales executive to drive growth and build brand awareness.

 

The Role

In this hands on sales role you will be required to develop and build brand awareness in Sydney with various decision makers in the fit out process. Initially you will spend the majority of your week in front of tier 1 & 2 architects and designers, builders, project managers, fit out companies and end users with the aim of specifying furniture and solution selling products into various commercial fit out projects. You will work closely with the Sydney management team and your goal is drive sales and specifications into workplace and hospitality projects.

Skills Required

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills;

  • 5 years + architectural / commercial furniture sales experience in NSW.
  • Strong face to face relationships building skills and superb presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated approach to selling and building relationships.
  • Proven track record in selling and specifying fit out products.
  • Knowledge of commercial furniture or associated interior fit out products
  • International relevant work experience would be ideal.
