values and longevity of their staff. They are the market leaders in umbrella’s and outdoor furniture and have an
established client base of distributors across Australia.
Your Role:
The aim of your role is to service and manage channel networks/distributors in
regional areas of NSW, whilst also managing some Sydney metro, smaller
independent accounts. You will spend the majority of your week client facing with
established franchise owners and smaller independents across regional NSW. You
will be responsible for building long-term business relationships with the customer
base and ensuring first class customer service and support to each distributor. A
small component to the role will focus on new business, but the majority of the role is
account management.
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in a wholesale sales or account management role within
a similar industry – furniture, homewares, shade products. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proven track record of
achieving sales targets and KPI’s. - On the road sales experience and ability to plan and manage a call cycle and
large geographical territory, including occasional over night stays. - Ability to work autonomously (WFH) and report back on sales and
performance figures for your defined client base and product categories. - Strong relationship building skills and ability to build rapport with a variety of
customers. - Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for putting the
customer first.
In Return:
You will inherit an established client base to manage and build relationships with. Your role will be based WFH Monday to Friday and you will manage your own call cycle and plan your week ahead. The starting salary package is $80K + Super + FM Vehicle + Tools of Trade + Uncapped Bonus. The company offers opportunities for top performers to grow and develop.
