Our Client

Our client is an established, international, growing supplier of high end commercial fabrics, textiles, acoustic products and leathers. They have offices across Australia, the US and Europe, and are suppliers of high end commercial interior finishes which are used in numerous projects including hospitality, workplace, education, aged care, retail and residential. They are seeking a dynamic account manager to join their Sydney sales team and have this exciting role available now.

 

The Job

We are seeking a positive, engaging, proactive account manager who can develop and cement relationships with furniture suppliers, whilst also introducing the product ranges to commercial architects and interior designer. You will enjoy developing relationships with new and existing industry contacts and you will have worked in a similar specification sales role in the past. The role will suit a strong relationship builder who understands the stages of commercial design, documentation, build and fit out. 
You will be involved from initial product introduction and specification through to order placement. 

 

Skills Required 

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills;

  • Proven track record of specification sales in commercial interior products in NSW.
  • Highly developed sales & account management skills and experience.  
  • Strong face to face relationship building skills and superb presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, positive approach to selling and building relationships.
  • Interior Design qualifications and relevant sales experience and industry relationships.  
  • Strong team player who is self motivated and passionate about sales and interiors.
