Our client is an established distributor of exclusive high end commercial / residential furniture solutions. They are regarded as a local leader and are highly respected within the design and interiors industry. Their products are being utilised across numerous commercial projects including Office, Hospitality, Health, Education and Retail.
Your new role will see you joining the current WA sales team and working closely with key decision makers in the fit our process. This will include networking within the interior design and construction community of WA. Backed by an experienced support team you will be measured against achievable sales targets and budgets, spending the majority of your week in front of clients solution selling during project meetings. The role will include a mixture of existing accounts whilst also targeting new business via specifiers or direct with builders or end users.
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills;
- Previous experience in a specification / sales role within the commercial fit out industry in WA.
- Ideally experience selling / specifying commercial furniture / interiors / FF&E.
- Superb communication, energy, drive, presentation skills and passion for being client facing, closing deals and building relationships.
- Strong team player who is also able to work autonomously and is driven by delivering 1st class results for clients and being rewarded for their success.
The starting base salary is negotiable based on your industry experience, contacts and track record. The package will include use of a pool vehicle and travel expenses, tools of trade and a genuine, uncapped commission structure.
