Your New Role

Is working for a true market leader and will be based from their stunning showroom close to Sydney Metro (When things open up) They are an international company with a long history in supplying beautiful high end designer furniture, lighting and interior products to residential and commercial clients across Australia and also Asia. The role is a consultative sales position and although mostly based from the showroom you will also spent time externally in front of trade and high end retail clients. The salary package is structured to work well with an experienced and highly motivated design consultant. You will work Monday to Friday only and will inherit a large database of trade clients and a well established retail client base. 

Skills Required 

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience; 

  • Previous experience selling high end premium interior brands to retail and trade clients in NSW – Min 3 years + 
  • Current knowledge of high end furniture, lighting and interior trends. 
  • Standout sales and relationship building skills and a proven track record in retail and trade sales of furniture, lighting and interior products. 
  • Interior design qualifications highly regarded but the main skill required is your consultative sales approach. 
  • Superb communication and presentation skills. 
  • Stable track record of employment within the high end furniture / lighting / retail / trade sales sector in NSW. 

Salary Package 

The salary package is approx. $70K + Super + 5% Commission. The commission component is uncapped and way above the industry average. Your on target earnings should be around the $110-120K mark.
